엉망이었던 요즘 생활패턴을 정리하는 그런 아침이다.
몇일간 사먹는 음식들로 떼웠던 나날들도 지났고
지금은 어제밤에 불려놓은 쌀과 현미로 밥을 짓고 있다.

해가 길어져 햇빛은 명료하나
아직 이른 시간이라 공기는 상쾌하다.

최근 엄습했던 여러 생각과 감정들도
이런 기율을 제대로 지켜나가면 저절로 사라지게 되리라.
대부분의 걱정과 고민은 나 스스로에 대한 자책감에서 비롯 되니까.

조용히 나 스스로를 북돋기에 이만한 곡이 없다.
